ASTANA. July 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan is working to revive the Kalamkas-Sea and Khazar oil project in the Caspian Sea after sanctions on Russian partner Lukoil forced its suspension, the Energy Ministry said Wednesday.
