Tokayev proposes Karin as vice president to Kurultai

ASTANA. Aug 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has submitted the candidacy of Yerlan Karin, deputy head of his administration, for the post of vice president to the Kurultai for consideration.
