Tokayev to deliver annual state address after Kurultai, government structures formed

ASTANA. Aug 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said he will deliver his annual state of the nation address once the Kurultai and the new government are fully formed.
