Kazakh government sets mid-April deadline for constitutional laws

ALMATY. March 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has ordered ministries to develop key constitutional laws by mid April, with a series of specific bills required by April 1.
