French President congratulates Tokayev on successful referendum on Kazakhstan's new Constitution

ASTANA. March 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - French President Emmanuel Macron congratulated Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev by phone on the successful nationwide referendum on the new Constitution, the press service of the Kazakh leader reported on Tuesday.
