Parliament to begin work on constitutional laws - Tokayev

ALMATY. March 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Five new constitutional laws will be submitted to parliament in the coming days for review, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced Tuesday.
