Freedom Holding signs agreement on Turkish Bank aquisition

ASTANA. March 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A subsidiary of Freedom Holding Corp., Freedom Finansal Hizmetler A.Ş., has signed a Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 99.32% of the share capital of Turkish Bank A.Ş., which is part of the Turkish Bank group, the holding company's press service reported to the Interfax-Kazakhstan news agency.
