Kazakhstan has priority right to buy Lukoil assets – energy minister

ASTANA. Dec 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan has a priority right under the law to purchase assets owned by Russia’s Lukoil, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said on Monday.
