Kazakhstan to propose new UN water agency at regional summit


ALMATY. Dec 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan plans to propose transforming the United Nations' inter-agency water coordination body into a full-fledged specialized agency, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Friday.
