Kazakh president hails ties with Brazil in message to Lula on national day

ASTANA. Sept 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a congratulatory message to his Brazilian counterpart, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, on Sunday, marking Brazil's Independence Day.
