Russian, Kazakh Interior Ministries to cooperate in combating synthetic drug trafficking

ASTANA. July 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Russian Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev has arrived in Ust-Kamenogorsk to participate in a meeting of the joint collegium of the Russian and Kazakh Ministries of Internal Affairs, the Russian Embassy in the republic reported on Monday.
