Kazakhstan, Vietnam agree to establish strategic partnership – Tokayev


ALMATY. May 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan and Vietnam have agreed to establish a strategic partnership, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced Tuesday during the state visit of Vietnamese Communist Party General Secretary To Lam.
